Services include:

• Collecting rents
• Making owner's monthly mortgage payment or deposit into private bank account
• Paying owner's property taxes, insurance, etc.
• Arranging and making payments for needed repairs, as well as homeowner's dues if applicable
• Periodic inspection of grounds to insure proper maintenance
• An interior inspection and closing statement are provided upon tenants vacating premises
• Issuing itemized, computerized monthly reports and year-end account statements to owners
