Services include:

• Evaluating current market and seasonal conditions in relation to your property's rental value
• Advertising in the Seattle Times and other publications, if warranted
• Showing property
• Obtaining credit and personal reference report prior to acceptance of tenant
• Executing lease agreement and renewals
• Collecting first and last month's rent, deposits and fees
• Providing an inventory, preliminary walk-through and color profile of exterior and exterior grounds on move-in day
• If desired, we will arrange and make payment for service to enhance the property's desirability such as carpet cleaning, yard maintenance and general house cleaning
